Cancellation Policy

Photo Booth Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To protect our business and ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all photo booth rentals. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event start time may be eligible for a refund of any refundable amounts, subject to the terms of your rental agreement. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time will result in a charge of 100% of the total rental fee. Because your date and time have been reserved exclusively for your event, we are unable to refund or waive the remaining balance for late cancellations. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If a rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the event, it may be treated as a cancellation and the 100% cancellation fee will apply.No-Shows If the client fails to appear, fails to provide access to the event location, or otherwise prevents the photo booth service from being provided on the scheduled date, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the client will be charged $200 of the total rental fee. Acknowledgment By booking our photo booth services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. By reserving a date and time, the client understands that the time is held exclusively for their event and may prevent us from accepting another booking.
